Triat and Tiffany make you feel like family , think of the old days and what pharmacies where like before the big chain stores came and took over . I never feel like a number and I always feel comfortable knowing that Triat and Tiffany have my best interests in mind . The help I get from Triat with my refill request and keeping me in the loop about any medicine is phenomenal , it might sound like I am going over board in this review , but once you give this place a try you will see what I am saying is true . Also the food in the store next to Randolph Pharmacy is great .

I absolutely love this team of pharmacists!! They are VERY efficient, family oriented, and remember their patients and what's going on with them! Hands down my favorite group of people ever!!

My wife and I have been dealing with Randolph Pharmacy exclusively for more than a year now. We both have to take a lot of medication, and the owner, Triet, makes keeping track of it all a snap. He is wonderful to work with. We switched all our medicines from CVS to Randolph Pharmacy and have never looked back. If you're weary of the hassles at the big box stores, I would heartily recommend you give local, personal Randolph Pharmacy a try. They even deliver!

Did not like the rude pharmacist you find at the big chain pharmacies like it was an inconvenience if you had a question. Then I met Triet and Randolph Pharmacy and all that change. He goes out of his way to explain your meds and insurance issues you might have. Even when busy he does his best to help all.customers between Tiffany and Triet they make the customers their priority. If you have had enough of big chains get back to a great mom and pop pharmacy!!

Where to even begin with this review?? Ok I’ve been a long time customer of a big chain store (Rite Aid) and I got sick and tired of the Chain Store games and when I had the opportunity to move all of my scripts to a new Pharmacy I chose to have everything transferred to Randolph Pharmacy and it was the best choice I’ve made for Pharmacies!! Triet and everyone else at Randolph Pharmacy are Great people and Truly appreciate your business! Triet goes way above what any other pharmacist would do for you at a big chain store, because I was buying medication that is pricey and it’s also offered over the counter now and through some of the research Triet did, he found that my “Over the Counter” medication is in fact covered by my insurance... these are the types of things that mean every thing to a person when they are taking medications monthly... my experience over maybe past couple of years is exactly how service should be!! So in closing of this review!! So if you enjoy being nothing but a number and a cash cow to the Big chain stores so be it, I prefer to walk into a store and the pharmacist knows my name and is super friendly!! This alone is service you will not beat!! Support your small guy community business!!

Randolph Pharmacy is the best ever drug store in my town for home delivery in day one if you get on line medications prescribed from your doctors, it will be delivered at your door so fast and completed...No hassle, no worry. 5 stars (*****).

I have been using them for years, highly recommend! This is old fashion customer service, where they know you and do anything they can to help. My insurance company wants me using their affiliated mail-order company, but I choice to support and excellent small business.

Great Pharmacy That my family has been with for years now. Great customer service, They treat you like family. Triet and his wife are like family to my family.
